Confession
The invention relates to a fastening system for cover elements, such as window sills and other parapet, parapet and wall coverings.
Known covers / window sill systems have an approximately 25 mm high Anschraubsteg for attachment to a facade, on the frame or on the base profile of a window or the like. In order not to hinder a temperature expansion of the cover, the Anschraubsteg several slots on which the screws extend through the attachment. The side closure systems increase the height of such sill or cover systems up to 30 mm or more, so that they are unsuitable for some applications.
The mechanical fastening with screws on the respective component is also often not desirable, for example, for optical reasons, especially in wall opening elements, which consist almost only of glass, this leads to a visual impairment of the overall system.
In the case of monolithic structures, the height of the screw-on or fastening web means that the slope required for covers can often not be achieved without stemming, grinding or repair work. This represents a considerable additional effort. Frequently, guide rails for a sunscreen are already preassembled industrially on delivery. These rails must, in order to avoid incidence of light, protrude below the bottom edge of the sill. With conventional systems with 25 mm mounting bar, this often makes installation impossible.
According to the state of the art, plug-in or clampable window sill systems are known. EP 1832705 A1 shows such a system in which a relatively complex connection profile is attached to the window frame or to the base profile of the window. The resulting system is expensive and can only be used on special ones
Windows or base profiles are used. In addition, the system has a large height.
The AT 4959 Ul shows a clampable or plug-in window sill system for stone sills, in which a relatively simple connection profile is screwed to the window base profile, wherein the stone sill is clamped between two legs of the connection profile. By compared to metal window sills significantly greater thickness of the stone windowsill results in a large height of the connection profile.
From DE 29809233 Ul a system is known in which the connecting web of the cover itself has a complex profile, with the associated cost and manufacturing disadvantages.
The object underlying the invention is to provide a connection system for metal window sills, which allows a lower construction and connection height with reliable attachment and seal. The connection height is to be understood as the distance between the surface of the cover element and the upper edge of the connection system, the overall height being the distance from top to bottom edge of the connection system.
To solve the problem, it is proposed to provide a connection profile, wherein the connection profile has a vertical base leg, at the upper end of an upper leg extends forward, wherein the upper leg at its front end has a downwardly angled portion 13 and the rear end of the Covering element in the space enclosed by the base leg, the upper leg and the angled portion of the upper leg space and in which the cover is held by clamping action, either by the connection profile below the cover element with a plurality of screws on the building or a building part, in particular the base profile of a window is fastened and the clamping action on the rear end of the cover by the heads of the screws results or by the connection profile has an additional spaced below the upper leg forward protruding lower leg or a clamping bracket, wherein de R lower leg or the clamp has at its front end an upwardly projecting projection. The upwardly projecting projection preferably protrudes into a recess on the underside of the cover.
Preferably, the cover member has a groove or a plurality of depressions, in which engage one or more barb-shaped projections of the connection profile or a clamping bracket. This advantageously ensures that the cover is held positively in the connection profile. This results even with minimal height of the
Connecting web of the cover and / or at a minimum height of the downwardly angled portion of the upper leg a good grip of the cover in the connection profile.
The distance from the surface of the cover element covering the parapet to the top edge of the connection profile is preferably not more than 10 mm.
The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to exemplary drawings.

Mounting system with connection profile and
Rillengleitabschluss in view from the side and from the front.
As shown in FIG. 1, the exemplary fastening system according to the invention has a connection profile 1, a cover element 2, a front first seal 3, a rear second seal 4 and two lateral end elements, in particular groove sliding connections 5 with sealing strips 6. The cover member 2 has at its rear end a connecting web 7 and at its front end a downwardly angled portion 8.
Each Rillengleitabschluss 5 has at least one support leg, or may consist only of a provided with grooves or grooves support leg. The two lateral ends of the cover 2 lie on the
Support legs of the two Rillengleitabschlüssen 5 on. Two sealing strips 6 are preferably used in grooves or grooves of the two Rillengleitabschlüsse 5.
The support legs and the cover 2 are usually mounted sloping slightly sloping from the window or the facade away, for example, at an angle of 5 ° to the horizontal. The support legs 1.1 and the cover 2 may also have a different angle to the horizontal, or in particular be mounted horizontally in the case of wall coverings.
The connection profile 1 has at least two holes or slots through which it is bolted to the wall or the base profile or frame of the window. The Rillengleitabschlüsse 5 are usually attached to the Parapet, for example with mounting adhesive or mounting bracket.
As a material for the connection profile 1, the cover 2 and the end elements are, for example, sheets, plastics or painted or coated sheets or plastics. Although the system according to the invention is intended for the exterior of a building, due to the temperature differences and the precipitation occurring there, nothing speaks against using the system according to the invention indoors.
In Fig. 2, the connection profile 1, the rear second seal 4 and a Rillengleitabschluss 5 are shown in the assembled state, wherein the support leg of the Rillengleitabschluss 5 is inclined forwardly downwards. The second seal 4 is located between the connection profile 5 and the surface on which it is mounted, for example between the connection profile 1 and the base profile of a window. The second seal 4 preferably extends laterally beyond the groove sliding end 5, so that the entire fastening system is sealed at its rear end by this relative to the building. The portion of the second seal 4 projecting beyond the groove end 5 can be folded forwards and fastened in particular laterally to the forwardly extending vertical leg of the Rillengleitabschlusses 5 glued. The connection profile 1 is screwed with several screws 9 on the building, for example, the base profile of a window.
The connection profile 1 consists of a vertical base leg 10, which has at its upper end a forwardly projecting upper leg 11 which has a front, downwardly bent portion 13 extending. The connection profile 1 may have, spaced from the upper leg 11, a second forwardly projecting lower leg 12, which forms with the upper leg 11 a type of connection rail for receiving the rear end of the cover element 2, in particular its connecting web 7. If the Rillengleitabschluss 5 as shown at its rear end has a connecting web, it can be provided that the connection profile 1 in particular its base leg 10 has a recess in this area, so that it does not overlap with the connecting web.
In Fig. 3, the front and rear ends of an exemplary fastening system according to the invention are shown in partial side sectional view, wherein the front end of the closing element in the form of Rillengleitabschlusses 5 is shown. The support leg of the Rillengleitabschlusses 5, ie those legs on which the cover 2 rests, is preferably carried out at its front end angled downwards and is in the finished building on the front. The cover member 2 has at its front end also a downwardly angled portion 8 which projects beyond the downwardly angled portion of the Rillengleitabschlusses 1 and this preferably engages under hook-shaped.
In the rear section, the cover member 2 is held with its connecting web 7 by clamping action of the connection profile 1. In the example of FIG. 3, this is achieved in that the cover 2 is clamped between the heads of the screws 9 and the upper leg 11, and its downwardly angled portion 13. Between the connecting web 7 and the connection profile 1 is the first seal 3, which may be glued to the connecting web 7 or the base leg 10, to simplify assembly on site.
Preferably, the screws 9 or the heads of the screws spaced from the connection profile 1 have a widened peripheral region or diameter, which projects into a recess in the cover, for example, by a washer and a spacer sleeve with the screw 9 are fixed between the screw head and the connection profile 1.
In Fig. 4, a connection profile 1 is shown, which in addition to the upper leg 11 has a lower leg 12, so that the cover 2 is held in the connecting rail formed by these two legs by clamping action. As shown, the lower leg 12 at its front end on a barb-shaped projection which projects into a recess, in particular in the form of a groove of the cover 2, whereby the cover 2 is held positively in the connection profile 1. Below the lower leg 12, the connection profile 1 holes or slots for screwing to the building or facade element, in particular the base profile of a window.
In Fig. 5, a connection profile 1 is shown, which serves to receive a cover 2 without connecting web 7. In this case, the lower leg 12 has a barb-shaped projection which projects into a recess of the cover 2. The barb-like projection may, like the lower leg 12, extend over the entire length of the base leg 10, or several shorter lower legs 12 and / or barb-shaped projections may be distributed over the length of the base leg 10.
In Fig. 6, a variant of the invention is shown, in which at least one clamping bracket 14 is provided. The clamp 14 is in the simplest case, a two-angled sheet metal strip. The clamping bracket 14 has a first vertical section, which extends between the connection profile 1 and the building or facade element to which the connection profile 1 is attached, wherein in the vertical section is preferably a bore through which the screw 9 extends. The base leg 10 has a recess through which the second approximately horizontal portion of the clamp 14 extends below the screw 9 to the front. At its front end, the clamping bracket 14 has an upwardly angled area, which partially projects into a recess in the cover 2. The second seal 4 may have a recess in the region of the vertical portion of the clamping bracket 14.
In Fig. 7, an alternative embodiment of the invention is shown, in which the seal 4 is made of double-sided adhesive material, or is provided during assembly with adhesive. Advantageous is the even lower height of the system. The connection profile 1 is in the simplest case a U-shaped or egg-shaped rail, but can also have a projecting beyond the C-profile base leg 10, as shown in FIGS. 3-5, to increase the adhesive surface. The legs 11, 12 of the U- or C-
Rail can be designed differently long. It should also be noted that even when screwing the connection profile a single or double-sided adhesive seal 4 may be used to simplify the assembly, in the sense of pre-assembly of the seal 4 on the connection profile 1 and or
Building or building part by gluing and a subsequent final fixation by screws 9.
8, a mounting variant is shown, in which the lower leg 12 of the connection profile 1 extends into the grooves of Rillengleitabschlusses 5. For this purpose, for example, the first two webs of Rillengleitabschlusses 5 are made less high in the rear of the Rillengleitabschlusses 5 so that the lower leg 12 of the connection profile 1 can rest, or this between the cover 2 and the webs of
Rillengleitabschlusses 5 can protrude. The cover 2 rests on the webs of Rillengleitabschlusses 5 and the lower leg 12. An advantage of this design is that possibly despite the seal 3 in the connection profile 1 reaching water along the lower leg 12 in the
Grooves of Rillengleitabschlüsse 5 can flow. For this purpose, the projection projecting upwards at the front end of the lower leg 12 can be made so high that a small groove forms below the connecting web 7. The under leg 12 may also be provided below the connecting web 7 with at least one extending over its entire length small groove.
